By accepting this agreement, the animal owner agrees to indemnify and hold Kissable K9 Care Inc, Jill Thompson, and all employees and agents of Kissable K9 Care Inc, harmless from and against and and all claims, demands or causes of action, liability, loss, damages or expenses, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in the course of any animal teeth cleaning activities.

This indemnity and hold harmless agreement shall include any claim, demand or cause of action against all companies or any of its employees, officers or shareholders for negligence and/or strict liability. We may use homeopathic remedies to calm your pet.

Every effort will be made to clean and remove all the tartar from your pet's teeth, within the limits as prescribed by statute and case law for a person who is not licensed to practice veterinary medicine. It is important to note that your pet will be awake and depending on how much they wiggle it may be impossible to remove all tartar above the gum line from their teeth. We strive to be on time for your appointment. We have no control over how long your pet will take, so please be patient. Any pet with questionable health, or with possible or suspected problems beyond the scope of this cleaning will be referred to see a veterinarian. Your pet maybe given a non-prescribed homeopathic remedy to calm them for the procedure.
